FAMOUS FOR THEIR VIBRANT ORANGE COLOURING

People travel thousands of miles to see the legendary Thai sunsets – and we can see why! They’re famous for their vibrant orange colouring, and are important in local art and folklore, where they represent the Buddhist idea of the cycle of reincarnation… they’re also just very, very pretty. We took this image from a 1930’s poster, released by the Thai government to encourage tourism in a time when South East Asia was the pinnacle of unattainable exoticism.
